Privacy Policy

We live in amazing times. Now, thanks to the internet, we can fellowship with one another all over the world. With this technology, businesses have had to enact all kinds of online privacy measures to protect their clientele. Though we are a simple ministry to our teammates, we have still done the same for you. The following legaleze was not created by yours truly, but it is truly for your protection and your awareness of the standard practices we follow that other respectable organizations follow as well. (You might want to drink a RedBull to read through it.)

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
We collect your name, email address, phone number, and general location (City, State, Country). We also collect comments that you make on blog post pages. We also collect automated giving preferences and site donation history. We do not collect or store credit card information on this site; that is handled by the 3rd party PCI-compliant vendor Stripe.

  • To display your comments at the bottom of blog post pages and in daily digest emails and notifications.
  • To enable teammates to welcome you and encourage you along.
How do we protect your information?

  • No credit card information is stored or processed on our servers.
  • Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
  • In addition, all sensitive information you supply is transported securely using encryption (SSL).

  • The server hard drives are also encrypted.
  • The servers themselves are hosted by an world-leading provider in a state-of-the-art facility with 24/7 security and limited access.
Do we use 'cookies'?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember who you are. Otherwise a login would be required for every page you visited.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

If users disable cookies in their browser, member-restricted pages and features will become unavailable.
